Speaking at the April 2026 MunichNLP Meetup
The organisers of MunichNLP invited me to present some of my research at their April meetup. I spoke primarily about cross-lingual representation alignment, my 2024 survey of methods for more aligned encoder models, as well as how the tokeniser interacts with representation alignment.
Earlier the same evening, we listened to a remote talk by Yejin Choi—definitely a tough act to follow!
